
Job Title: HR & Admin Intern
Location: Lagos, Nigeria (On-site)

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and organized HR & Admin Intern to join our team and support our daily human resources and administrative functions. This role offers a great learning opportunity for recent graduates in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines, who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced organization.
You’ll be working closely with management and various teams to ensure smooth HR operations, talent acquisition, documentation, onboarding, and compliance tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruiting, screening, and onboarding new hires
- Maintain and update employee records (digital and physical)
- Help manage attendance, leave tracking, and timesheet reports
- Support in organizing and scheduling interviews and performance reviews
- Assist in drafting HR-related documents such as contracts, NDAs, and offer letters
- Help plan and execute internal trainings, team bonding activities, and engagement initiatives
- Support administrative functions such as file management, inventory tracking, and supplies coordination
- Ensure all HR practices comply with legal and organizational standards
- Serve as a liaison between HR and other departments
Requirements
- Recent graduate with a degree in Human Resource Management, Organizational Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Must reside in Lagos and be able to resume physically
- Must have a personal laptop for work purposes
- Strong interest in HR and organizational development
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Good organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
- Discretion and integrity when dealing with sensitive information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
