Role Overview
Our client is seeking a Sales Executive to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. The role involves managing inbound sales inquiries, following up leads, prospecting for new customers, and converting opportunities into confirmed shipments.
This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional who enjoys engaging customers, closing deals, and earning commissions based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound sales inquiries via WhatsApp, phone calls, and digital channels
- Qualify leads and understand customer shipping needs
- Present services, pricing structure, and timelines clearly to prospects
- Follow up leads consistently until conversion
- Prospect and onboard new customers through outreach and referrals
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and conversions
- Coordinate with operations for smooth handover of confirmed shipments
- Represent the client professionally in all customer interactions
Requirements
- Experience or strong interest in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Confident engaging business owners and decision-makers
- Results-driven with strong follow-through
- Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
- Experience in logistics or cargo services is an advantage, but not required
Compensation & Benefits
- Monthly Salary: ₦150,000
- Commission: 5%-10% on sales
