As we scale, we’re looking for a Creative Design Lead to pioneer, inspire, and grow our design team — setting the tone for excellence across brand visuals, campaigns, digital assets, and motion projects.
About the Role
This is a leadership and hands-on design role for a multi-talented creative who thrives on turning ideas into stunning visual experiences. You’ll be responsible for overseeing all design outputs, from static and motion graphics to video and digital UI designs.
You’ll work closely with our strategy, content, and digital marketing teams to produce high-impact creative work that elevates brands, drives engagement, and supports business growth.
This role is 90% remote, with flexible collaboration schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the creative direction and execution of all design projects — static, motion, and video.
- Develop brand identities, campaign visuals, and digital assets across social, web, and print.
- Supervise and mentor junior designers, ensuring consistent design quality and innovation.
- Collaborate with content and marketing teams to translate concepts into powerful visuals.
- Manage creative workflows, asset libraries, and timelines efficiently.
- Produce visually compelling motion graphics and video edits using Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Support UI/UX projects (web and app design) — strong advantage if proficient.
- Continuously explore design trends, tools, and techniques to keep the agency’s output world-class.
Required Skills & Tools
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW for design and manipulation.
- Excellent motion and video editing skills with Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
- Understanding of branding, layout, color theory, and visual storytelling.
- UI/UX design experience (using Figma, XD, or similar tools) is an added advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver under tight timelines.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills.
Growth & Remuneration Plan

- Starting Salary: ₦100,000/month
- Post-confirmation (3–4 months): ₦150,000/month
- 6-Month Milestone: ₦200,000/month
- 12-Month Range: ₦300,000 – ₦400,000/month (based on performance, team leadership, and contribution to growth)
